Balti dishes

The home of Balti dishes is the northern most part of Bangladesh in a region called Sylhet. In recent times Balti dishes have become extremely popular and Balti curry houses have opened throughout the UK. Balti food is prepared with special home-made fresh herbs and exotic spices in a thick sauce and sprinkled with fresh coriander.
